Mary McAllister

Hello! My name is Mary McAllister. I am so proud to be part of FBC Preschool family. I was previously a teacher’s assistant in the 3 year olds from 2022 until this year.. This year I became the lead teacher for TK 1. It has been both rewarding and exciting helping our students grow and learn new things.

My background as a pediatric Medical Assistant has helped me understand children and how I can help them feel comfortable and loved.

My family has been in Mooresville since 2015. I have been married to my wonderful husband for over 20 years and we have twin daughters that are teenagers now.

On my free time I enjoy boating on Lake Norman and playing pickle ball with my family.

Working here at FBC Preschool and teaching about God’s love and forgiveness is truly a gift and blessing I enjoy.

My name is Angie Johnson and I am originally from Lexington, NC- the "BBQ Capital." I have lived in Mooresville for over 20 years with my husband Heath. We have 2 daughters, Ivy and Victoria. I have a BA in English and have worked in HR and admin roles for 17 years before I became a stay at home mom. Working at First Baptist Preschool has been a wonderful journey and it is a joy teaching children to grow and learn with confidence and love.
